To start an application, choose the school you're interested in and follow the prompts. If you're not sure which school is right for you, you can find a school near you in our interactive map. 

If you're not quite ready to apply, you can make an enquiry to any of our Catholic schools and one of their friendly team will get back to you. 

Is your child is born on or before 31 July? 

They can start Kindergarten the year they turn five OR the year after they turn five.

Is your child born on or after 1 August?

They must start Kindergarten the year after they turn five.

• Application – Term 1 (Feb-Apr): Kindergarten applications are encouraged during Term 1 the year before your child is due to start school. Year 7 applications are also encouraged during Term 1, however this may be a year or two years before your child is due to start Year 7 (depending on the school).
• Review – Term 1-2 (Mar-May): During Term 1 and Term 2, applications are evaluated by each school in accordance with our enrolment policy.
• Interview – Early Term 2 (May): Generally held in early Term 2, interviews are ​​a chance for you and your child to meet with school leadership and get to know one another before a final decision is made regarding your child’s application.
• Outcome – Late Term 2 (Jun-Jul): In Week 9 of Term 2, schools will communicate the outcome of your child’s application to you via email.
